SC or Multi-state/compact License Minimum of 2-5 years experience as an LPN BLS Completion of an accredited program for Licensed Practical Nursing Completion of IV course therapy and/or maintain working in a setting of IV therapy administration Previous hospital experience preferred Other Details:
